General Meeting
The Annual Report and Financial Statements 2016 for Cobham plc
was posted out today to shareholders who have requested copies
together with the circular containing the Notice of the 2017 Annual
General Meeting to be held at 10:00am on Thursday 27 April 2017 at
the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1
