Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

CPP Group (AIM: CPP), a provider of real-time assistance products and resolution services which reduce disruptions to everyday life for millions of customers across the world, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 635,320 new ordinary shares of GBP1.00 each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 2 January 2024.

The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with vesting of awards in accordance with the terms of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan. The Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
