CRH plc announces that today, 30(th) October 2020, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 930 Ordinary Shares at a price of EUR16.19 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 14,622,531 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,017,807 .
