Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Hong Kong, 10 June 2019 - Cathay International Holdings Limited
(LSE: CTI.L), an operator and investor in the growing healthcare
sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that at
the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the
Notice of AGM dated 17 April 2019 were duly passed. The final poll
voting results for each resolution are shown in the table
below:

Notes:
1. Any proxy votes which are at the discretion of the Chairman
have been included in the 'For' total.
2. A vote 'Withheld' is not a vote in law and is not counted in
the calculation of the proportion of the votes for and against a
resolution.
3. In accordance with the UK Listing Rules only the votes of the
holders of Common Shares were actually counted in the voting on
resolution number 5. A majority of the votes of the holders of
Common Shares were received in favour of this resolution which was
duly passed. Out of a total of 372,289,238 votes of holders of
Common Shares, 276,529,104 votes were received in favour of this
resolution, 34,263 votes were at the discretion of the Chairman,
132,059 votes were against and 3,088 votes were withheld.
