Exercise of Sharesave Award

The Company announces that on 22 April 2015, Ivan Keane, Group Company
Secretary and General Counsel and a PDMR of the Company, exercised an option
over 9,294 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 96.8325p per
share under The Charles Taylor Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007.

Following this announcement Ivan Keane and his connected persons hold a total
of 10,082 Shares equivalent to 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
