Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company") is pleased to announce
Iwan Rees will be joining the Company as OEM Sales Director with effect from 9
January 2006 and will be appointed to the Board of Centurion in due course.

Mr Rees, aged 45, is an experienced Sales Director with over 24 years experience
in the multi-national automotive industry. Since 1997 he has successfully led
the UK Sales function as Sales and Marketing Director at Valeo, a supplier of
numerous products to the automotive industry.

Chris Rhodes, Chief Executive Officer, stated "I would like to take this
opportunity to welcome Iwan Rees to Centurion, we all look forward to the year
ahead with high expectations. Mr Rees' experience within Engineering and
Programme Management disciplines bring knowledge and expertise to Centurion
