Limited that in accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the
following entities had a non material interest in the Company's ordinary shares:

Hermes Pensions Management Limited
The above interest is in respect of the following registered holders:

BriTel Fund Nominees Ltd            1,294,132 shares                    5.268%
Possfund Nominees Ltd                 879,518 shares                    3.580%

Total Holding                       2,173,650 shares                    8.849%

The Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme is the controller of Britel Fund Trustees
Limited, which is the owner of HIML and HIFAM, both HPML subsidiaries.
