Result of EGM, Application for New Shares to be admitted to AIM and Substantial 
                                  Shareholders                                 

 

 The Directors of Cue are pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at
the Extraordinary General Meeting, held today, and set out in the Notice of
Extraordinary General Meeting dated 21 February 2008, were duly passed.

As a result, the Company has issued 50,000,000 new Ordinary shares to the
shareholders of Oreion Energy Australia Pty Ltd ("Oreion") (the "Consideration
Shares") in consideration for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital
of Oreion. The Consideration Shares will represent approximately 18% of the
total issued enlarged share capital of the Company (280,207,901 Ordinary
shares).

Application has been made for the Consideration Shares, ranking pari passu with 
the Company's existing Ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. 
Admission is expected to occur on Thursday 20 March 2008.

After the issue of the Consideration Shares, the following shareholders are
interested in 3% or more of the Company's issued share capital:
