Basingstoke, 15 November 2007 - DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader

notified by the Non-Executive Chairman, Greg Lock, that on 14 November 2007 he
purchased 23,500 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in DICOM
Group.
