The Company announces that the Net Asset Value as at 5 March 2010 (including 
current period revenue) was 363.8p.  The fully diluted net asset value per 
share was 358.5p. 
 
It is important to consider note 9 of the Interim Results announcement released 
on 26 February 2010 when considering the fully diluted net asset value per 
share.
