The Company announces that the Net Asset Value as at 12 March 2010 (including 
current period revenue) was 367.0p.  The fully diluted net asset value per 
share was 361.6p. 
 
It is important to consider note 9 of the Interim Results announcement released 
on 26 February 2010 when considering the fully diluted net asset value per 
share.
