Cronin Group Plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed company with a business activity of the digitisation of chemical space, announces that it was informed yesterday that on the same day Professor Lee Cronin, Founding Scientific Director of the Company, purchased 443,333 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Professor Cronin now holds 54,618,853 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.92% of the issued share capital of the Company.
