Dominion Petroleum Limited ("Dominion" or the "Company")

Notification of Interest

On 20 September 2011, the Company received notification that Outrider Management LLC had a disclosable interest in 172,455,653 common shares representing 10.8% of the Company's issued share capital.

The registered holders of the shares are as follows:

- Outrider Master Fund LP 127,091,595 common shares; and

- HFR EM Outrider Master Trust 45,364,058 common shares.

Separately, Dominion has been advised that its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, which trades as RBC Capital Markets, has changed its registered name to RBC Europe Limited.
