The Directors of DermaSalve Sciences plc (`DermaSalve' or the `Company')
announces that it has appointed St. Helen's Capital as its broker with
immediate effect. Hanson Westhouse Limited is nominated adviser to the Company.

St Helen's Capital was established in 1998 and is authorised and regulated by
the Financial Services Authority, a member of the London Stock Exchange and
also a Corporate Adviser member of PLUS.
