Kiersnowski, director, of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 1.5 pence per share on 12 
February 2010. Following this transaction Martin Kiersnowski's holding in DXR is 
1,509,285 ordinary shares - 2.99% of the Company's total issued share capital.
