It is announced today that Petronius Limited, a company
wholly owned by Hamish Grossart, Chairman, has exercised
200,000 options over the ordinary shares of Eclipse Blinds
plc at the option price of 50 pence each.

These shares are being retained by Petronius for Mr Grossart.
