Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas exploration, development, and production company, announces that William Holland, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 736,781 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.176 pence per Ordinary Share.
