    Results of Annual General Meeting


    The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM
were duly passed. 

    The Company was pleased to report, despite the uncertainties in the financial climate at present, that the strategies put in place by
the Company continue to deliver like for like sales growth and that the Directors expect this growth to continue through to the end of the
