Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and capital as at the end of each calendar month during which an increase has occurred.

As at 30 September 2023, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 50,398,063 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 100,000 preference shares of GBP1.00 each. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,498,063.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The figure 50,498,063 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
