genedrive plc (LSE: GDR) ("genedrive" or the "Company"), the
near patient molecular diagnostics company, announces that Dr Ian
Gilham, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 48,000 ordinary shares of
1.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of
21p per share.
Following these purchases, Dr Gilham is interested in 365,674
Ordinary Shares, 1.08% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
