                 5-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH VICTOR CHANDLER GROUP

Gaming Insight Plc ("Gaming Insight" or "the Company"), the digital media
rights and interactive gambling products business, is pleased to announce a
five-year partnership with Victor Chandler Group ("Victor Chandler"), one of
the world's largest betting companies, for the distribution of the content of
gobarkingmad, Gaming Insight's on-line and digital television greyhound racing
business.

Details of the Partnership

Gaming Insight has signed a five-year partnership with Victor Chandler to
provide the 140,000 Victor Chandler account holders with a direct link to
www.gobarkingmad.com.  Victor Chandler account holders will be able to bet
directly on the gobarkingmad pool betting platform with 24-hour access to live
greyhound racing content from around the world.

Exclusively, Victor Chandler will be able to offer fixed odds betting on
greyhound racing from UK greyhound racing tracks on the www.gobarkingmad.com
website.  Whilst pool betting dominates world track betting, fixed odds
betting is pre-eminent in the UK. It has been the intention for gobarkingmad
to offer its customers choice in the UK market, and this will now be achieved
with Victor Chandler, a market-leading fixed odds partner. The on-line
gobarkingmad service will promote a direct link to the Victor Chandler website
during greyhound races broadcast from the UK.

It is anticipated that both the pool betting facility on Victor Chandler's
website and the fixed odds betting facility on the www.gobarkingmad.com
website will be available to both customer bases before the end of September
2001.

Background to Victor Chandler Group

The Victor Chandler Group, established in 1946, is a racing and general sports
betting and bookmaking business. With headquarters in Gibraltar it has
consistently been recognised as one of the most innovative and dynamic players
in the sector. Victor Chandler has operations and sales offices in the UK, and
Hong Kong. Annualised revenues are currently running at approximately US$650
million, with a total headcount of 350 employees covering the six principal
languages in which the business is conducted.

Background to gobarkingmad

gobarkingmad is the world's first 24 hour, live greyhound racing channel
available on the web and digital television. It is a sports content business
offering the greatest frequency of betting opportunities anywhere in the
world. With licence agreements to over 100,000 individual greyhound races from
10 different countries, gobarkingmad offers a schedule that can deliver a live
race every 8 minutes.

The service is already live with English and Cantonese race commentary, with
facility to add further languages in the future.
