Glencore's Viterra Agrees to Buy Ilta Grain's Belle Plaine Assets

Glencore PLC's (GLEN.LN, GLNCY) Viterra unit has agreed to buy
the assets of Ilta Grain Inc.'s processing facility in Belle
Plaine, Saskatchewan.
The facility has a storage capacity of 22,000 metric tonnes and
a 135-railcar loop track, Viterra said.
Ilta Grain entered creditor protection in July.
Viterra expects to close the deal Aug. 27 if conditions
including court approval are met.
