it was notified on 22nd December 2009 that on 21st December 2009, Global 
Investment House K.S.C.C transferred its 75,886,796 shares, representing 29.99% 
of the shares in the Company, to Global MENA Macro Fund Company B.S.C.C., a 100% 
owned subsidiary of Global Investment House K.S.C.C.
