Director/PDMR shareholding
Grafenia (AIM: GRA), announces that, earlier today, Peter
Gunning, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a person
discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 100,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 10.25 pence per share.
As a result, Peter Gunning now holds a total beneficial interest
in 1,725,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 1.52 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
