Change of Company name effective

Software Circle plc (AIM: SFT) announces that, further to the announcement made on 26 September 2023, the Company has changed its name from Grafenia plc to Software Circle plc. The change of name and the change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") from GRA to SFT will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 18 October 2023. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged. Software Circle plc shares will continue to be traded on AIM.
