Adoption of Company Share Option Plan and Grant of Options and dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")

Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), one of the leading venture capital investors involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth technology businesses with an emphasis on digital technologies in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Europe, announces a new 2016 Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") has been adopted by the board of Draper Esprit. In addition, the Company announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 1,771,770 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded pursuant to the CSOP at an exercise price of 355p per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 25 November 2016). The Options are exercisable after three years and within ten years of the date of grant.

The Options represent, in aggregate, 4.3 per cent. of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company and have been issued to a number of employees of the Company, including the two Executive Directors and two further PDMRs.

After the grant of these Options, these PDMRs hold the following Ordinary Shares and Options:
