("Draper Esprit" or the "Company")
Grant of Options and dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Draper Esprit PLC (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW) , a leading
venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and
development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces
that a one off grant of options (the "Options") over a total of
3,044 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each in the share
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to
certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the Company's new CSOP
("CSOP"), as set out below.
The Options awarded under the CSOP have a nominal value exercise
of 1p price and will vest on the first anniversary of grant. A
summary of the Options and the CSOP are set out in the Company's
prospectus published on 19 July 2021, a copy of which is available
at www.draperesprit.com .
After the grant of these Options, the PDMRs set out below have
the following Ordinary Shares and Options:
