Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with 5.6.1 of Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the
Board of Goldshield notifies the market of the following:

Goldshield's issued share capital consists of 38,361,033 ordinary shares of 5p
each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The above
figure of 38,361,033 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Goldshield Group plc under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
