                CENTURION WINS NEW RETAIL SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH
                       HOME ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION PLC

                                        
Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company"), the UK market leader
in the field of in-car audio-visual entertainment, has signed a new retail
supply agreement with Home Entertainment Corporation PLC's ("Home
Entertainment") retail division, Choices Video. Established in 1985, Home
Entertainment is the second largest video and DVD rental business in England 
and Wales. Choices Video has 218 stores nationwide.

Choices Video has placed and taken delivery of an initial order for the popular
Plug & Play BlueTM portable DVD with 8-inch screen system and follow up orders
have subsequently been placed.

Since the launch of the 8-inch screen Plug & Play BlueTM DVD player in April
2004, orders received have exceeded the Company's expectations. As well as this
agreement in place with Home Entertainment, the product has been selected by
Argos, for their Autumn/Winter 2004 catalogue.
