Hasgrove announces that on 22(nd) November 2012, it purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 56.0p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 0.026% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 23,483,372 ordinary shares in issue
