HomeServe plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a further issue of 1,193,317 ordinary shares of 2 9/13 pence each in connection with the acquisition of the remaining 60% of Checkatrade, to take HomeServe's holding to 100%, as announced on 21(st) November 2017. These shares are to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 29(th) November, 2017.
