Result of General Meeting
Helios Underwriting PLC is pleased to announce that the
resolution to approve the acquisition of Pooks Limited was duly
passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today.
It is expected that the acquisition will be completed following
approval by Lloyds' of London of the change of control of Pooks
Limited.
