Harworth 2019 Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that on 12 May 2023 it made awards of free
shares under the SIP to all eligible employees, including the

share plan and, provided the free shares are not withdrawn from the
SIP within 5 years of the award date, may be acquired free of
income tax or National Insurance contributions.
