Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that on Friday 4(th) January 2019, Dr Peter Kaspar, Non-Executive Director, acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.88 per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Dr Kaspar is interested in 18,100 Ordinary Shares, 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
