Dealings by Directors
The Company has received notification that Elisabeth Scott, the
Chairman of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at 96.5 pence per share on Monday 11 June 2018.
Following this transaction Ms Scott has a beneficial interest in
10,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.01% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital).
