                             New Licence Agreements

Innovision Research & Technology plc, the radio frequency identification (RFID)
solutions company is pleased to announce the inclusion of its "Jewel"
contactless transport ticketing chip in the UK transport industry's ITSO
specification. This coincides with the signing of two further licenses for
"Jewel" with leading ticketing suppliers, one European and the other US based.
These signings are in addition to the existing UK based licensee signed in 2002
and further reinforces the Directors' confidence in this market. The "Jewel"
chip will be formally launched at UITP, one of the World's premier transport
shows, in Bologna on 5th February 2004, prior to its full availability to
transport operators later this year.
