                 InTechnology plc Announces Board Appointment


InTechnology plc, the advanced data technology services company is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr John Paul Swingewood, aged 46, to the Board as
Chief Technical Officer with immediate effect.

Mr Swingewood joins from BSkyB where he was Director of New Media. He
previously held positions at BT as Director of Internet and Multimedia and
General Manger of Broadcast TV Business.

During the last five years Mr Swingewood was an Executive Director of the

There is no further information to disclose pursuant to Schedule 2 (f) of the
Aim Rules.
