This announcement amends the announcement which was released on 2 December 2005
at 15.55 under RNS number 0899V.

The heading for the announcement should have read "Grant of options" and not
"Exercise of options". All other details remain unchanged. The full text of the
announcement appears again below.

On 21 November 2005 Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, was granted options
over 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 314 pence per
share. The options were granted in accordance with the Dart Group PLC unapproved
share option plan 2005. 50 per cent of the options are exercisable after the
third anniversary of the grant date and 50 per cent of the options are
exercisable after the sixth anniversary of the grant date. The options expire on
the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
