I was going by memory so checked my records, it hit $5.00 in 2006 at which time my brother told me to sell all my shares. I made a bad decision and only sold half. At the time of the Keystone pipeline test which failed in the end, it did briefly hit around where you said, but I sold a small amount

I also do not think NWBO would file with the FDA "yet" for two reasons:

1.) At the ASM, They stated that they would be working on other applications within the next 12-18 months. Summer 2025 would be when we hear something about it, at the earliest. With NWBO's track record, expect it

Interesting MHRA comments in answer to a FOI request. Many investors take the words of MHRA in their responses to questions raised literally however, this clearly shows that potentially MHRA do hold back information unless the company has agreed release (or released previously) the information.
