London Asia Capital PLC, the AIM listed (AIM: LDC) Asia focused investment
group, announces that further to the release yesterday of London Asia Chinese
Private Equity Fund's ("the Fund") Interim results to 30 September 2007, where
London Asia is advisor to the Fund, London Asia is due a net performance related
fee of #0.8 million, payable immediately. The fee is based on the Fund's
performance from incorporation in March 2006 to 30 September 2007 and the profit
generated on realised investments by the Fund.


Jack Wigglesworth, London Asia Chairman, said: "This income has been received
considerably earlier than originally anticipated, and will have a very positive
impact on London Asia's Profit and Loss Account for the current year, coming on
top of the increased annual management fee from the Fund as a result of the
increase in the Fund's net assets."
