Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 23 January 2018 that Neil
Newman-Shepherd (Group Sales Director) has, via his Self-Invested
Pension Plan (SIPP), purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 400 pence per Ordinary Share on
23 January 2018.
As a result of this transaction, Neil Newman-Shepherd's
beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 9,300 Ordinary
Shares representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's total voting
rights.
