Lifeline Scientific (AIM: LSIC, LSI), the transplantation technology company, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 ("2013 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 23 May 2014.
