The Board of Millfield Group Plc on 19th August 2003 issued share options
totalling 1,737,200 Ordinary Shares under the Company Share Option plan at an
exercise price of 53.5 pence for administrative staff and an exercise price of
65 pence for Directors.



The Options may be exercised with effect from the 5th anniversary (19th August
2008) and they expire on the 10th anniversary (19th August 2013).
