Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

5 August 2020

The Directors of Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") have declared a fourth interim dividend of 9.50p per Ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2020 which will be paid to shareholders on 18 September 2020 based on a record date of 21 August 2020. The ex dividend date will be 20 August 2020.

Following first, second and third interim dividends, each of 8.25p per share, paid by the Company on 20 December 2019, 20 March 2020 and 19 June 2020 (2019 - three interim dividends of 8.00p), the fourth interim dividend of 9.50p (2019 - final dividend of 10.00p) will result in total dividends per share for the year ended 30 June 2020 of 34.25p (2019 - 34.00p), representing the 47(th) year of consecutive increase.

The latest date for receipt by the registrar, Link Asset Services, of mandate instructions for those shareholders wishing to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 28 August 2020.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Company puts forward its policy to pay interim dividends for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
