On 26 August 2010, the Company was notified that Mr. Graham Ferguson Lacey had 
reduced his shareholding in the Company by 449,218,000 shares and is now 
beneficially interested in 6,270,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 16.65% of 
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 5,269,350,000 shares are held 
by Sports Regeneration Limited in which he has a controlling interest. Sports 
Regeneration Limited is also the beneficial owner of a further 1,000,000,000 
shares registered in the name of Forest Nominees Limited. 650,000 shares remain 
as a personal holding of Mr. Lacey.
