Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that its total issued share capital consists of 36,968,772 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares'). Nichols holds 85,039 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,883,733.

The figure of 36,883,733 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Nichols under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
