OEM plc have agreed a settlement with regard to the legal action against the
late Mr Schneider's estate and other parties referred to in previous company
statements. This has increased the previously reported profit of #110,000 to
#860,000 for the year ended 30th June 2006 and this amount will be reflected in
the Report and Accounts for the year to 30th June 2006, copies of which are
available from the registered office.

The date of the Annual General Meeting has been moved to December 29th 2006 at
4.30 pm and the company's registered office
