Further  to  the announcement made on 16 September  1998,
the Board of Partners Holdings plc is pleased to announce
that  Mr  Michael  Kilcourse (age 38)  has,  from  today,
joined  as Marketing Director of the Group.  This  is  an
executive  role  and completes the restructuring  of  the
Partners Board.
