RAM joins Centrepoint in fight against youth homelessness

RAM Active Media ("RAM" or the "Company"), the investor in Digital out of Home ('DOOH') media, communications and Intellectual Property, announces its subsidiary, RAM Vision Limited ("RAM Vision") has become a Centrepoint partner and will support its mission statement to give young homeless people a future.

RAM Vision is to donate GBP1M of airtime across its screen broadcast network in UK Shopping malls to the charitable organisation, Centrepoint. The campaign is titled Miles for Myles, promoted through the recently signed DECCA and Universal music artist Kristyna Myles. Kristyna's fund raising mission is to raise a minimum of GBP250,000 by busking at multiple venues across the breadth of the UK and drive awareness of the Centrepoint charity and the need to end youth homelessness through housing and support.

CENTREPOINT

Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people. It provides housing and support for 1,200 16-25 year olds every year, helping them into work and a home of their own. It also gives homeless young people a voice through the Centrepoint Parliament. Centrepoint works directly in London and the north east of England, and collaborates with other organisations across the UK to support 10,000 homeless young people every year. It conducts research and influences government policy with the overall aim of ending youth homelessness. Centrepoint's largest fundraising event, Sleepout, will take place in London and various locations across the UK on the night of Thursday 8th November 2012.

KRISTYNA MYLES

The Manchester singer songwriter Kristyna Myles, who won the Radio 5 Live Busker of the Year Award in 2005, has signed a five-album deal with record label giant Universal's legendary imprint Decca, home of Robert Plant, Sting and Paul Simon.

Kristyna, through the 'Miles for Myles Tour', has made it her mission to raise a minimum of GBP250,000 for Centrepoint, by a 10,000 mile busking tour across the breadth of the UK and helping to provide homeless young people with a safe place to live, health services, a dedicated learning programme and life skills.

RAM ACTIVE MEDIA

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary RAM Vision operates digital out of home (DOOH) media advertising sales and content provision and is the largest landscape screen broadcaster in shopping malls within the UK, with an aggregate annual footfall of 600m.
