The Company was advised on 11 March 2010 that the following directors and PDMRs 
purchased ordinary 2p shares (Shares) under the Company's BAYE Scheme on 11 
March 2010 at a share price of 42.5p per share, as indicated below: 
 
Garvis Snook - 368 shares 
Ashley Martin - 368 shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 368 shares 
Steve Carden - 293 shares 
Martin Donnachie - 367 shares 
Claire Hamon - 368 shares 
Nigel Lemmon - 368 shares 
Julian Turnbull - 368 shares 
 
Following these dealings, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
directors/PDMRs are as follows: 
 
Garvis Snook now has a direct holding of 580,577 shares in the Company, an 
indirect holding of 977,419 Shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not yet 
exercised and an indirect holding of 49,323 shares vested under the Deferred 
Bonus Plan but not yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.90% 
of the issued Share capital of the Company.  He also holds unvested awards of 
1,585,538 shares under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Ashley Martin now has a direct holding of 637,630 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 31,303 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.37% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 1,077,949 Shares 
under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Rob Olorenshaw now has a direct holding of 46,530 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 22,654 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.04% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 735,079 Shares under 
the LTIP scheme. 
Steve Carden now has a direct holding of 6,145 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 1,585 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent less than 0.01% of the issued share 
capital of the Company.  He also holds unvested awards over 344,553 Shares under 
the LTIP scheme. 
 
Martin Donnachie now has a direct holding of 9,707 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 5,980 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent less than 0.01% of the issued share 
capital of the Company.  He also holds unvested awards over 405,227 Shares under 
the LTIP scheme. 
 
Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 40,605 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 8,918 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.03% of the issued share 
capital of the Company.  She also holds unvested awards over 396,107 Shares 
under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Nigel Lemmon now has a direct holding of 8,829 Shares in the Company and an 
indirect holding of 4,734 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent less than 0.01% of the issued share 
capital of the Company.  He also holds unvested awards over 568,325 Shares under 
the LTIP scheme. 
 
Julian Turnbull now has a direct holding of 441,390 Shares, an indirect holding 
of 61,236 Shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not yet exercised and an 
indirect holding of 16,729 shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not 
yet exercised. These holdings represent approximately 0.29% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 161,926 Shares under
